Pay with a Direct Deposit Option:-
Rapport IT offers options for your monthly pay; we can deposit your pay into the bank account of your choice, or onto a bank card. You will be provided with a login where you can download your pay slip and W2 easily.
Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance:-
Rapport IT employees are entitled to participate in these plans upon completion of only 40 hours of employment. Our insurance packages are competitive and affordable.
Referral Fee:-
We pay a referral bonus to all of our employees who refer a friend or a company to us. The employee will receive a $1000 fee when the referral works 100 business days.
Employee Incentive Program:-
Win raffles, special contests and giveaways for associates who meet attendance, performance and safety records.
Vacation Pay:-
Once you work 1500 hours within a calendar year (January to December), you are subjected to receive vacation pay. Your vacation pay is equal to two weeks average pay.
Medical Leave & Pay:-
Once you work 1500 hours within a calendar year (January to December), you are subjected to receive medical leave pay. Your medical leave pay is equal to one week average pay.
Relocation Assistance:-
We provide relocation assistances to employees subjected to company policy.
Visa Sponsorship:-
We will process H1B transfer on our own cost. Additionally, we also offer H1B cap filing for spouses of our employees who are all transferred their H1B visa to us.
Green Card Sponsorship:-
We will process green card for our employees faster than anyone and also in EB2 category if they are eligible in accordance with USCIS law. We will initiate the process the moment we got H1B approval from USCIS.
